Victoria Real Estate Photographers
We are a small dedicated team, providing the greater Victoria BC area with visual content for real estate listings. After years of running a photography company together, Matthew and Sayde have built methods to stay efficient and consistent, ensuring your listings always look their best.
We run on passion, enthusiasm, and plenty of caffeine.
Matthew Neumann
Matthew is the primary photographer, videographer, and drone pilot at Oakhouse Media. A graduate of Langara College's Professional Photo Imaging program, he has been a professional photographer since 2010, and has captured thousands of homes for realtors, builders, and interior designers.
Sayde Neumann
Sayde provides top notch support services in-office, answering emails, updating the website, and doing photo and video edits as necessary.
You will occasionally see Sayde out running 3d tours as well!
SAM ALLEN
Sam provides floor plan measuring & drafting for property listings. He has formal training in AutoCAD from BCIT and has measured thousands of properties between Vancouver and Victoria over the past eight years.
