2025 Christmas Giveaway Terms & Conditions
This giveaway is open only to realtors currently licensed by VREB and VIREB.
Entrants receive one entry into the contest for following the Oakhouse Media instagram page and tagging two realtors in the comment on the contest post. An additional entry is granted for each time the contest is shared on their own instagram story, to a limit of one additional entry per day. There are no additional entries granted for tagging more than the two required realtors.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for any cash value.
For all “add-on” media giveaways, the winner must book a suitable real estate media listing package with Oakhouse Media for with it to be paired.
The winners of the Elemental Package, the Filmic Package, and the Cinema-Lux Package must use their prize before the end of the 2026 calendar year or the prize is considered expired.
Prize winners of any media offerings are not given priority in terms of our availability. Scheduling the photoshoot will be dependent on availability.
The prize values listed under the Elemental Package, the Filmic Package, and the Cinema-Lux package cover the value of that package for a home up to 3000sqft in finished square footage. The winners may use the package for a home larger than 3000sqft, in which case they will be responsible for paying the difference in value of the package booked for the home’s size. (ie, if the prize value is $1000, and the package price for their booking is $1200, the winner will be responsible for covering $200 + GST).
For any of the media package winners, the listing must be within our primary service area, as shown here. Listings outside of this area will be considered though travel additional fees will apply.
Entrants may only win one prize in the draw. Once they have been selected as a winner, their name will be removed from contention in future draws related to this giveaway.
